CREME STYLE DINNERS

Paella:

  • Paella cooked on site with chicken & shrimp. Served with seasonal green salad and house-made sourdough. 

Backyard BBQ:

  • Beef burgers served with two cheese selections, grilled onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and house-made aioli. 

  • Choice of sausage (options include chorizo, bratwurst, chicken sausage or traditional hot dog); served with appropriate condiments.

  • Choice of green salad, pasta salad, potato salad, coleslaw or baked beans. (choose 2)

Slider and Baked Potato Bar:

  • Beef burger sliders and baked potatoes served with all the fixings.

Southern Package: price dependent on meats selected

  • Choice of two meats: smoked brisket, honey glazed chicken thighs, whole roasted chicken, pulled pork, dry-rub ribs; served with appropriate condiments.

  • Sides include baked beans, macaroni and cheese, and cornbread.
