CREME STYLE DINNERS

 Availability depends on guest count and venue guidelines. 

Paella: 50 person minimum 

• Paella cooked on site with chicken & shrimp. Served with seasonal green salad and house-made sourdough. 

Backyard BBQ:

• Housemade burgers served with two cheese selections, grilled onions, hatch chilis, tomatoes, lettuce, avocados, and house-made aiolis. 

• Choice of sausage (options include chorizo, bratwurst, chicken sausage or traditional hot dog); served with appropriate condiments.

• Sides include summer green salad and potato salad. 

Slider and Baked Potato Bar:

• House made burger sliders and baked potatoes served with all the fixings.

Southern Package: price dependent on meats selected

• Choice of two meats: smoked brisket, honey glazed chicken thighs, whole roasted chicken, pulled pork, dry-rub ribs; served with appropriate condiments.

• Sides include baked beans, macaroni and cheese, and cornbread.
