 Availability depends on guest count and venue guidelines. 

Paella: - 50 person minimum 

• Paella cooked on site with chicken & shrimp. Served with seasonal green salad and house-made sourdough. 

Backyard BBQ:

• Housemade burgers served with (2) cheese selections, grilled onions, hatch chilis, tomatoes, lettuce, avocados, house-made aiolis. 

• Choice of sausage (options include chorizo, bratwurst, chicken sausages or traditional hot dogs); served with appropriate condiments

• Sides include summer green salad and potato salad 

Slider & Baked Potato bar:

• House made burger sliders and baked potatoes served with all the fixings.

Southern Package: price dependent on meats selected.

• Choice of 2 meats: Smoked brisket, honey glazed chicken thighs, whole roasted chicken, pulled pork, dry-rub ribs *meats served with appropriate accouterments*

• Sides include baked beans, macaroni & cheese and cornbread
